Are your attendees among the 20% having a positive experience? Or are they among the 80% expressing their frustration?  Most of the negative reactions can be avoided by making a commitment to addressing the audience’s expectations and needs – rather than the host’s.  Once people have shown up at your webinar – your goal is to establish credibility. Think hard about how you do that.
